Pump cover

The pump cover design is fixed by four nuts, which is convenient for daily quick opening to check the condition of the flow parts in the pump chamber. By opening the quick opening pump cover, the main flow parts in the pump chamber can be quickly repaired without disassembling the pipeline

Pump casing

The pump shell adopts the monolithic casting design to ensure the high assembly accuracy. Through the CFD flow performance optimization design, it has a large cross section and smooth flow performance, anti-accumulation and blockage, and has a strong ability to pass particles

Synchronous gear cavity

The synchronous gear is installed in the gear cavity filled with lubricating oil, and a pair of self-aligning roller bearings and a pair of double-row cylindrical roller bearings together form the transmission system. Synchronous gear execution of AGMA9 processing precision, the material is carburized and quenched by high-quality low-carbon alloy steel to ensure strength and accuracy.

Pump shaft

The upper and lower positions of the drive shaft and the driven shaft are interchangeable. Seals designed to protect the pump shaft so that the pump shaft does not come into contact with the medium; The material is made of high chromium alloy steel to ensure stable strength.

Mechanical seal
