Pumpseen ceramic rotor pump

Pumpseen ceramic rotor pump adopts ceramic-metal composite manufacturing technology to develop wear-resistant rotor pump, ceramic has high hardness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and other characteristics, ceramic rotor pump adopts double-layer structure design of pump body, outer metal inner layer of ceramic, so the ceramic liner can protect the pump body and spare parts to a certain extent, extending the service life of the product.

Pumpseen rubber rotor pump

The Papu rubber rotor pump is designed by a pair of rotors installed on two parallel axes and the pump cavity for no gap between the design, so as to form a small sealed cavity, through a pair of synchronous gears to drive the two rotors synchronous reverse rotation, resulting in continuous displacement of the volume, so that the medium filled in the cavity is constantly pushed from one end to the other end, to achieve the transmission of fluid media. The rotor is made of rubber, engineering plastics and other materials, which is suitable for conveying media with high solid content, high wear and high viscosity, and suitable for conveying media in various industries.

Pumpseen screw pump

Pumpseen screw pump (single screw pump) is a kind of internal meshing sealed screw pump, a rotor type positive displacement pump. The main working part is composed of a stator with a double-headed spiral cavity and a rotor with a single-headed spiral screw engaged in the stator hole.
When the input shaft drives the rotor around the stator for planetary rotation through the universal joint, the stator and the rotor are continuously meshed to form a sealed cavity, and the volume of the sealed cavity is constant and uniform axial movement, the input medium flows through the stator-rotor from the suction end to the extrusion end, and the input medium flows through the stator without being stirred and destroyed. Therefore, media and viscous liquids containing hard wear impurities and solid particles can be transported.

Pumpseen PNS series single screw pump is the universal pump type of Pumpseen. Pumpseen cutter cutter

Pumpseen cutter head crushers are used to break solid or fiber components in the medium, effectively protecting pumps and other process equipment such as centrifuges and filter presses, improving system reliability and extending system life.
