Open pump cover quickly

The pump cover design is fixed by four ring nuts to facilitate daily quick opening to check the condition of the flow parts in the pump chamber.

Pump casing

The pump shell adopts the monolithic casting design to ensure the high assembly accuracy. Through the CFD flow performance optimization design, it has a large cross section and smooth flow performance, anti-accumulation and blockage, and has a strong ability to pass particles.

Lining plate

The pump casing is lined with four protective lining plates. The upper and lower arcs are radial lining plates, and the left and right axial lining plates are axial lining plates. The axial external lining plates can be used positively and negatively to reduce maintenance costs. The protective lining plate is made of wear-resistant alloy steel, stainless steel, duplex stainless steel and other materials.

Synchronous gear cavity

The synchronous gear is installed in the gear cavity filled with lubricating oil, and a pair of self-aligning roller bearings and a pair of double-row cylindrical roller bearings together form the transmission system.

Pump shaft

The upper and lower positions of the drive shaft and the driven shaft are interchangeable. Seals designed to protect the pump shaft so that the pump shaft does not come into contact with the medium; The material is made of high chromium alloy steel to ensure stable strength.

Mechanical seal
